This platform automates and streamlines your Google Ads management. From keyword discovery to A/B testing ads, everything is designed to save you time and improve campaign performance.
Quick Start Steps
- Connect Your Google Ads Account — Go to the Accounts page and click "Connect with Google". This starts an OAuth flow that links your Google Ads MCC account.
- Select an Account — Use the account dropdown at the top of the sidebar to pick which Google Ads customer account you want to work with. All data is scoped to the selected account.
- Sync Your Data — Go to Campaigns and click "Sync Campaigns" and "Sync Ad Groups" to pull your existing campaign data into the platform.
- Harvest Search Terms — Go to Search Terms, pick a date range, and click "Harvest" to pull search term performance data from Google Ads.
- Review Suggestions — The platform will auto-suggest keywords to promote and negatives to add. Check the Approval Queue to review everything in one place.
Account Roles
- Admin — Full access including automation rules, system health, worker management, and harvesting all accounts. The first user to register becomes admin automatically.
- User — Can view data, approve/reject suggestions, manage ads, and run reports. Cannot create automation rules or access system health tools.
Navigation
The sidebar is organized into sections: Overview (Dashboard, Accounts), Structure (Campaigns, Ad Groups), Automation (Approval Queue, Search Terms, Keywords, Negatives, Negative Lists, Ad Variants, Split Tests), Phase 2 (Campaign Builder, Reports, Budget Manager), and System (Audit Log, Quota Usage, Automation Rules, Background Jobs, System Health, Settings). Badge counts on sidebar items show pending items needing your attention.
